as well as reflections on Inner, Outer, and World Peace.
No previous yoga experience necessary. Both individuals and groups welcome.
Connie Fenty is a retired Health and Physical Education Teacher and has taught yoga for teachers through the Neshaminy School District’s wellness program, at the Quaker Meeting House in Langhorne and Newtown Friends Retirement Facility. She has a passion for Peace and Earth Healing. She is certified to teach Kripalu Yoga, a form of Hatha Yoga that focuses on correct alignment and deep awareness of the body. She also completed Integrative Therapeutic Yoga training at Kripalu Institute. Her knowledge of body mechanics and passion for promoting Peace are evident in her teaching techniques. She specializes in teaching to those who would like to learn to practice yoga no matter what their age and are starting from the ground floor. Connie’s students describe her as a "kind and supportive guide with an ability to make instructions clear and understandable."
